Kids Point Tracker (“the App”) is a free application published by Enzak LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that helps parents and guardians run a custom point and reward system for their children. The App is downloaded, set up, and administered by an adult parent or guardian — it is not marketed to, targeted at, or designed to collect information directly from children without a parent present. This page covers both our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service for the App and this website (https://kidspointtracker.com).
Privacy Policy
Who this applies to
The App is a general-audience tool built for the parent or guardian who creates the account. Any information about a child (a first name, an avatar choice, points, or reward history) is entered and controlled by the parent, stored to run the app’s core function, and is not collected directly from the child independent of the parent’s device and account. This is a general-audience app under Apple App Store and Google Play policy, not a Kids Category / COPPA-targeted product.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide to use the App, such as an email address if you create an account.
- Child profile data you enter, such as a first name or nickname, avatar, point totals, chore/behavior entries, and any optional photos or notes you or your child add to the reward ledger. This data is stored to operate the App’s point and wallet features and is controlled entirely by the parent account.
- Usage and device data, such as app version, device type, and crash/error logs, used to keep the App working correctly.
How we use information
- To operate the point system, digital wallet, and ledger features.
- To provide customer support if you contact us.
- To fix bugs and improve app performance and reliability.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not serve behaviorally targeted advertising to children within the App.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data or your child’s profile data to third parties. We may use standard infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and crash-reporting services) to operate the App; those providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Parental control and data deletion
As the parent account holder, you control every child profile in the App — you can edit or delete a child’s profile and its associated points, rewards, and ledger history at any time from within the App. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information stored by the App. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kids Point Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Who may use the App
The App account is created and administered by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Child profiles inside the App are managed by that parent account — the App does not create independent accounts for children.
The parental gate
Parent-only settings and actions are protected by a math-based parental gate designed to prevent a child from independently accessing settings, account changes, or any app store links.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking points, rewards, and behavior for your own family — and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App’s normal operation.
No financial or professional advice
Kids Point Tracker is a household organization and behavior-tracking tool. It is not a bank, does not issue a debit card or hold real funds, and nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or parenting advice. “Kid Cash” wallet balances are a tracked record you and your child use to represent value — any real-world payout is handled by you, outside the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enzak LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
